Counteracting the tilting torque to the maximum extent
and eliminating the fundamental factor of piston's being

joint structure: Enabling the braking shoe

| This brake is the standard structure type of the Tianfa brand
brake. It is simple in structure, easy to install and dismantle,

reset brake (ZL TPD) |
| This kind of brake is same with the type of structure mentioned
above, two pairs of outwards-pulling springs are added on its
outside to guarantee the brake can still reset to its position
quickly even when the viscosity of the oil is big, it is difficult
to drain the oil and other external force hinder the piston
to return to its positions. Its basic dimensions are the same
as those listed in Table 1 and its outside appearance is shown
in Figure 2. |

brake (ZL -QPD) |
| Besides features with standard brakes, this kind of brake
has been added with air-reset function. As a dual safety structure
brake, it completely solves the piston-reset problem. This makes
it possible for the piston to reset its position 100% under
abnormal condition (there is residual air left in the brake
chamber, oil pressure or the pipe line location is relatively
higher.). But two sets of pipelines are needed, it is much more
suitable for large and medium sized power stations. Its basic
dimensions are the same as those listed in Table 1 and its outside
appearance is shown in Figure 3. |

+ air pressure aid reset brake(ZL -BPD-F) |
Based upon the standard type of brake, this kind of brake separates
the oil inlet chamber from gas inlet chamber. It is eccentric,
guiding and three pistons in structure. This solves the oil
and gas pollution problem of the brake. The pistons act very
quickly when braking. The air pressure aid reset can be used
after being pushed up through oil pressure. The residual pressure
is removed and the pistons are reset. After the braking air
pressure is removed, the pistons will reset automatically. Two
sets of pipelines are needed, its basic dimensions are the same
as those listed in Table 1 and its outside appearance is shown
in Figure 4(without air pressure reset opening).

| This kind of brake has added two pairs of outwards-pulling
springs on the outside of above mentioned brakes. This not only
solves the oil and gas separation problem of the brakes, but
also guarantees the pistons to reset quickly and reliably. Its
basic dimensions are the same as those listed in Table 1 and
its outside appearance is shown in Figure 2 and 4(without air
reset opening |

brake (ZL -QPD-F) |
Based upon oil-gas mixing and air pressure reset brakes,
this kind of brake separates the oil chamber from gas chamber
and utilizes the back air pressure to reset. Three sets of pipelines
are needed, the pistons reset as well as oil and mist pollution
problems are solved completely. It is much more suitable for
large and medium sized power stations who require this application.
Its basic dimensions are listed in Table 1 and its outside appearance
is shown in Figure 4.

¢òWater-pumping power-storage generator set brake (ZL -QD)
This kind of brake adopts the oil-gas mixing and air pressure
reset in structure. It is featured that it can be used to stop
the machine in case of positive rotation when the generator
set is used as the power generation operation condition, it
can also be used to stop the machine in case of negative rotation
when the generator set is used as electric motor in water pumping.
Refer to Figure 3 for its structure (without eccentric structure)
and Table 1 for its basic dimensions.

¢óLamp through-flow hydraulic power generator set brake (ZL
-QPD-G)
The feature of this kind of brake is that there is no requirement
for push-up and locking. In most cases, the brake is mounted
horizontally. It is air pressure reset in structure. Refer to
Figure 3 for its structure (without big nut locking device)
and Table 1 for its basic dimensions.

¢ô Horizontal hydraulic power generator set brake (ZW -QPD)
This kind of brake has eccentric, guiding and air pressure reset
function. It overcomes the falling torque generated by the friction
force to the biggest extent. What is more, it can completely
carry out automatic reset and guarantee the reliability and
safety. Refer to Figure 5 for its structure and Table 2 for
its basic dimensions. |
