The pump
set adopts the working medium of turbine oil and the plate-type
joint, and is an ideal pressure-measuring equipment and used
in machine set's top rotor system or other systems needing high-pressure
oil resource, with features of compactness, low noise, easy
operation and movement.
The pump set consists of major parts such as motor, high-pressure
oil pump, oil tank, oil filter, pressure gauge, integrated block,
overflow valve and cut off valve etc. the whole pump is mounted
on the oil tank, below which there are wheel to make pump to
move flexibly.
The motor directly drives, via clutch, the oil pump to pump
the pressure oil, which arrives the four-way integrated block
via one-way valve, supplying the oil for oil-consuming objects;
the system's operating pressure is controlled by the overflow
valve and read out by pressure gauge, and the overflow valve
keeps the system pressure constant and prevent system overshoot;
meanwhile, the four-way integrated block leads out another oil
discharge circuit, returning the oil and reducing the load via
hydraulic ball valve. The shut off valve uses the oil system
to maintain the pressure, and after the pressure maintaining
is ended, open the shut off valve and the hydraulic ball valve
for releasing of load.
